Church Planting

New believers must have a place where they are taught the Word of God, are discipled, held accountable, and sent out to make disciples. OMS believes that a nation can be best reached by its own people, so we work beside national pastors and church planters to build and help churches grow.

As a participant in church planting, you will have the opportunity to bring people together in a church. You will have the opportunity to serve as a spiritual guide or mentor to both established and struggling pastors as well as new seminary graduates.

As a church developer/mentor you have the opportunity to be on the ground floor of helping start a new local church. You may assist in the development of a local church and its leadership, coordinate the church-planting teams and assist in the growth and development.
